More on College Restructuring in Korea

The Korea Times has published an article entitled "College restructuring essential for boosting Korean education," based on an interview with Education Minister Lee Ju Ho.   It provides some interesting detail on the restructuring process that is now underway in Korea, in response to rising college tuition and the declining number of university-age students, among other factors.
