A Note on IT Education in North Korea
Although it was posted on my Korea Information Society blog, the story touches on education in North Korea. North Korean hackers, who are believed to have graduated from that country's prestigious Kim Il Sung University or Kim Chaek University of Technology, are believed to have stolen millions of dollars from South Korean online gaming sites, such as Lineage and Dungeon Fighter. Some of you may be interested.
